Students may choose Option 1 (U.S. Mail) or Option 2 (Electronic PDF) to claim a scholarship.

Option 1 (U.S. Mail):

You may claim your scholarship by sending a copy of your most recent grade report/transcript from your college to:

Please include your college address so the scholarship can be sent directly to your college account.

Option 2 (Electronic PDF):

Complete the fillable PDF and email most recent grade report/transcript.

Scholarships awarded by Dollars for Scholars must be used in the time period of 19 months from the date they are awarded to the recipient. This time period may be extended by submitting a written request to the Dollars for Scholars trustees.
